Andi Pena is the founder of The Sounding Board. While earning a Masters degree in counseling, Andi was eager to go into the world and practice what she loves doing; helping others overcome the challenges they face in life and business. It was then that she decided to create

The Sounding Board, a safe place to vent, re-frame thoughts create clarity, confidence and direction for any aspect of life.

Andi uses her education as a consultant and human behavior expertise to help people everywhere to overcome the mental barriers that keeps them from reaching their full potential and ultimately personal and business successes. Rico has combined his entrepreneurial spirit and the simple understanding of providing the client’s needs into a methodology applied today by some of today’s biggest companies, chambers, and fastest growing direct marketing businesses.

Rico is a specialist in the field of human behavior and an expert in client behavioral strategies. He is a highly sought-after bilingual trainer, speaker, and consultant. He has started 4 successful companies and joint ventures since 1983, he has supervised and built sales teams in the corporate, banking and real estate arenas as well as provided strategic consulting to over 50 companies and thousands of individuals.

He is the author of the book The Client Nation: Their Perception, Your Profits. His 3 day sales boot camps and workshops have provided many individuals and companies from around the world the clarity and direction they need to increase profits, morale, and outrageous client loyalty.

He has been awarded the Outstanding Georgia Citizen and Honorary Lieutenant Colonel award for his work with the Music industry and underprivileged children by Georgia’s former Secretary of State, Max Cleland. Rico is currently the CEO and founder of Pena Global a behavioral and sales communication firm dedicated to helping business owners grow their business in any market place.

Rico has also appeared in the 2009 People to Know Magazine. He served his country proudly from 1989 to 1995 in the United States Marine Corps. Rico is a dedicated father of two and a loving husband. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA
