Andi Pena is the founder of The Sounding Board. While earning a Masters degree in counseling, Andi was eager to go into the world and practice what she loves doing; helping others overcome the challenges they face in life and business. It was then that she decided to create

The Sounding Board, a safe place to vent, re-frame thoughts create clarity, confidence and direction for any aspect of life. Develop an effective plan for work /life balance as well as better communication and intimacy in your relationships.

Andi uses her education as a consultant and human behavior expertise to help people everywhere to overcome the mental barriers that keeps them from reaching their full potential and ultimately personal and business successes. Rico has also appeared in the 2009 People to Know Magazine, as an advisor on Radio X and the women to women radio show. He served his country proudly from 1989 to 1995 in the United States Marine Corps. Rico is a dedicated father of two and a loving husband. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA
