The Client Nation is a very focused and clearly defined book that explains how to modify your personality to better serve the personality of your clients. It explains why we often encounter misunderstandings with our customers due to personality differences that are ultimately our responsibility as business owners to fix. The charts and explanations are very specific, as opposed to the typical, generalized platitudes so common in books about sales and business. There is a clear thread throughout this book of Rico Pena's interest and desire to help business owners understand how to communicate with their clients.
